Learning for Work provides free key skills training to work-based providers as part of the government’s Key skills Support Programme (KSSP). These courses have been available on a national, regional and, more recently, in-house basis.

Demand from providers for in-house delivery outstrips KSSP resources. We have, therefore, put arrangements in place that will enable you to benefit from the key skills training available from Learning for Work by either buying in the delivery of additional training courses, or delivering yourself where you have the capacity to do so.
