Helpline for Work-based Training

The KSSP helpline is there to answer any questions you may have about key skills, the Key Skills Support Programme and Skills for Life. The line is open, Monday to Friday 9 - 5 a.m.

We try to answer all questions immediately. However, when the question is complex, the helpline adviser may need to pass on your question to another member of the team in our Dewsbury or Bristol offices. In a few cases we might have to seek an opinion from the appropriate officials at DfES or QCA, or on occasions from awarding bodies.

Whatever happens we will try to return your telephone calls and respond to e-mails within 24 hours. Obviously, when we need to go further afield for the answer, the response may take a little longer.
