Helpline
The KSSP helpline is there to answer any questions you may have about key skills and the Key Skills Support Programme. The line is open on Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We try to answer all questions immediately. However, when the question is complex, the helpline adviser may need to pass on your question to another member of the team. In a few cases we might have to seek an opinion from the key skills teams at DfES, QCA or, occasionally, from awarding bodies.
Whatever happens, we will try to return your telephone calls and respond to e-mails within 24 hours. Obviously, when we need to go further afield for the answer, the response may take a little longer.
